Sometimes when attempting to log in to Boomy while your browser's ad-blocker is active, the site will not fully load and you will be returned to the login screen. If this happens we suggest trying to change your ad-blocker settings. If you are not sure how to do this, try the following steps.
Step 1: Locate Your Ad-Blocker Extension
Check your browser's support articles for information on disabling Ad-Blockers. Some browsers turn on Ad-Blockers by default.
Step 2: Disable the Ad-Blocker
Once you've located your ad-blocker extension, you can disable it. Some browsers will allow you to temporarily pause your Ad-Blockers. You may also have the option to disable it for Boomy.com specifically by whitelisting it.
Step 3: Refresh the Web Page
Step 4: Log In
With the ad-blocker disabled, try logging in again. You should now be able to access your account without any login rejection issues.

If you are using FireFox, we suggest reviewing your security settings. If the Fingerprinters are set to block, change this setting to allow, or add an exception for Boomy.com.
