You can change your payment method by going to your Boomy profile on the website (located at the top right corner of Boomy.com after logging in) and selecting “Memberships”.
Here you can view your current membership, edit your payment method or billing cycle options.
If you are still having trouble our financial team can help. Write in a request to Boomy Creator Success Team and we can try to add a different payment method.
Please note that currently our payment portal only allows for cards to be used for memberships. If we offer other payment options in the future we will let our creators know.
