My account was disabled by an Administrator, how do I appeal the decision?

At any time, Boomy reserves the right to disable accounts that have violated the Boomy Terms of Service. You can appeal this decision by emailing appeals@boomy.com within 30 days of receiving the notice.

Account appeals are only reviewed once, and Boomy may not re-instate your account even after the review. If Boomy does not accept your appeal within 30 days your account will be permanently closed, funds will be frozen and all releases that have been distributed will be removed. Additionally, you will not be eligible for a refund if you have purchased a subscription plan.
