The discrepancy in the streaming numbers is because there are two tracking categories in streaming. One tracks activity and one tracks actual royalty-earning streams. Once streams are counted by the DSPs (like Spotify) they send us a payout and a stream count, then we distribute royalties based off that amount.
Every DSP has their own rate of pay and qualifications you have to meet in order to qualify for royalty earning streams. We do not set those rates but work to collect every royalty earned on your behalf.
If you would like to see how many royalty-earning streams you have generated in total you can see the streaming counter at the top of your release library. You can also see the general streaming activity by clicking on your release to see the Trending Streams chart.
